CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to being processed. To cancel, email info@hyperstrikehockey.com with subject of CANCEL and include the following information:

Name
Contact information
Order number
Reason for cancelling

Once your request is reviewed, a confirmation email will be sent.

RETURN POLICY

Customers may request a return, with a 15% restocking fee, of goods sold within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping cost will not be refunded and customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

To complete your return, email info@hyperstrikehockey.com with subject of RETURN and include the following information:

Name
Contact information
Order number
Item returning
Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed, an email will be sent with additional instructions.

Note: Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping returns, it is advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If a defective or damaged item is received, we will gladly replace it. To complete your request, email info@hyperstrikehockey.com with subject of DAMAGED and include the following information:

Name
Contact information
Order number
Damaged Item
Reason for exchange
